Strategic Planning

We work collaboratively with nonprofits and government agencies to create short  and long-term strategic plans based on clients’ needs. Through planning retreats and follow-up meetings, The INS Group:

• Develops a work plan
• Outlines organizational priorities, general strategies, long-range goals, and measurable objectives
• Drafts a mission statement and vision statement
• Conducts a SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats)
• Develops a written strategic plan with detailed annual operating plan and budget
• Develops a monitoring and evaluation process
