Ingrid Fromm, Marketing Coordinator, brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing, with expertise in content creation, social media strategy, web design, branding, and project management. At The INS Group, Ingrid supports the development and execution of blog content, social media posts, newsletters, and The INS Playbook. She is passionate about creating meaningful, mission-driven content that helps nonprofits expand their reach and amplify their impact.

Ms. Fromm’s background includes working with both large and grassroots nonprofit organizations, including the world’s largest no-kill animal shelter. Her broad skill set, ranging from writing and video production to digital strategy and website optimization, allows her to support a variety of creative initiatives.

Originally from New York, Ms. Fromm relocated to Raleigh in 2014. She is a dedicated advocate for animal welfare and environmental sustainability. Outside of work, she enjoys organic gardening using regenerative and permaculture techniques, and she shares her home with a rescued pit bull and a flock of chickens.
