Ms. Etheridge is dedicated to helping organizations achieve more and thrive. Specializing in communications, board and volunteer management, fund development, and organizational design, Ms. Etheridge works to achieve collaborative and efficient workflows, internal strategy, problem-solving, and support for cross-functional teams working to achieve multiple goals.
With over 25 years in the nonprofit industry and public-private partnerships, Ms. Etheridge has worked in health and human services, education, environment, and arts organizations. Ms. Etheridge is currently active in her community as a volunteer with NC State Extension Master Gardener℠ Volunteers of Wake County, a Reading Partner at Wiley Magnet (International Studies) Elementary School, and a volunteer at Burkett Farm.
