10-Year Plan to End Homelessness Initiative of the US Interagency Council on Homelessness
The INS Group led an extensive 16-month planning process to develop strategies to end Homelessness in Durham; coordinated and implemented community forums; conducted focus groups with homeless and previously homeless individuals; facilitated steering committee meetings, management advisory team meetings, and public relation committee meetings; and wrote Durham’s 10-Year Results Plan to End Homelessness. The INS Group was hired as the consultant group to lead the similarly comprehensive planning process in the Cape Fear region (Wilmington, NC) and in Pitt County (Greenville, NC).
